謝謝 Now News - 新聞 訪問,分享自己的故事,包括以前做運動員,同靜觀 (mindfulness) 對我嘅幫助。過程中幫助我更了解自己,仔細探索靜觀點樣同心工作(how mindfulness works)。

停一停。新年新改變

農曆新年播出的Sportsoho 訪問,有關響新一年,從內到外帶來新改變。

唔係淨係靠意志,或者理性控制:「停一停」,回到身體,培養覺知,俾自己有選擇空間,正是改變習慣的sweet spot。也探討如何培養新習慣,同自己從運動員,到遇上瑜伽、靜觀中間的轉變(hint: 同自由有關)。 *clarify 番,Prefrontal Cortex 中文,係「前額葉皮層」。

港台紀錄片,這一節有關靜觀(mindfulness)與情緒中間的關係。訪問了幾位在這方面有經歷的朋友,學校校長等,我也分享了自己青年時飲食失調,瑜伽和靜觀對我療癒的幫助— 充滿洋蔥!
